Barrett R.P. Schaefer
Barrett is an associate attorney at DeMartini and Walker. With a background in general litigation and an MBA, Barrett focuses on real estate and business law. He litigates matters, resolves disputes and helps clients with real estate and business transactions. He also provides clients counsel in the areas of investment real estate, landlord tenant, property management, business formation and ownership and liability protection.
A Marin native, Barrett returned from practicing law in downtown San Francisco to become involved both professionally and personally in the community where he grew up. He has served on the Board of a television station and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Marin County Bar Association, the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce and the Family Service Agency of Marin. He also chairs a committee that oversees an approximately $820,000/year budget of taxpayer money for the purpose of helping to ensure the quality of local libraries.
